Brighton & Hove Albion welcomes Arsenal

Brighton & Hove Albion welcomes Arsenal at the American Express in a game from the 30th round of the Premier League. Just as usual, our English Premier League predictions for the day will follow.

Brighton & Hove Albion are still trying to keep themselves above the line of the relegation zone. At this moment the Seagulls are 15th with 29 points, which is just two points ahead of the 18th AFC Bournemouth. This means that right now Brighton & Hove can’t feel secured or sure in their survival – they need to continue winning points, as much as possible.

In their last five games in the league Brighton & Hove Albion are without a win – they made four draws and lost once. Their last win came against Bournemouth in December – this makes three months without a win for them.

Arsenal are on the rise right now, we can say. The Gunners are in a run of three consecutive wins in the league, which is pretty great. On Wednesday they had to face Manchester City at the Etihad, but this match was postponed because of the coronavirus. Which means that we must expect to see Arsenal fresh and ready for action at the American Express.

Last week Mikel Arteta’s team won for a third consecutive time. The Gunners hosted West Ham at the Emirates and didn’t score much, but it was enough to take a 1-0 win. It was Alexandre Lacazette who scored the winner after an assist from Mesut Ozil.

Mikel Arteta can’t use some of his players because of injuries. Lucas Torreira, Sead Kolasinac, Callum Chambers and Shkodran Mustafi are all unavaliable because of their current health status. Arteta will have to look for other option on Saturday.

That’s our English Premier League predictions for the fixture between Brighton & Hove Albion and Arsenal on Saturday. Can the Gunners record a 4th in a row? Let’s see.
